Chris Heath - Lead Teacher, Guitar, Piano

Chris started his musical career by playing the drums in the school band, when in 8th grade he heard his sister playing the piano and was inspired to learn to play as well.  Throughout high school, Chris was lucky to have the chance to learn the foundations of music under the guidance of David Lockart & Perry Andrews. In the fall of 1992, Chris attended Wagner College and studied music history, theory & vocal performance. After three semesters, he decided to transfer to the Berklee College of Music and graduated in 1997 with a B.M. in Songwriting with a minor in Film Scoring.  He later recieved a Masters of Education from Portland State University and has been teaching private students and classrooms for the past 12 years.
